Online Return Policy

 

Updated COVID-19 RETURN POLICY: 

Effective April 18, 2020, Wedding lanai will gladly accept items purchased and received within 30 days of the order date. Simply email us at [email protected] your order number and what you need to return. For an easy return, we will send you a return label. Ship it back to us and we will deduct the return label cost from your return order. You will be refunded the rest via a gift card that will be sent directly to your email.

                 All approved returns are for store credit only.

Items must be in original condition and must not be worn, used, altered or washed. Price tags must be attached.

 Original shipping fees are non-refundable 

Shoes must be unworn and in the original box. We recommend trying shoes on in a carpeted area.

We reserve the right to deny the return.

 

 

Final Sale Items

All accessories (jewelry, scarves, bags, sunglasses, hats, etc.)

Home décor (paper products, candles, home goods, etc.)

Beauty + Bath (perfume, lotion, face masks, etc.)

Sale Items (red line items, sale section)

Items purchased with a discount promotion of 30% or more.

For all returns, please email [email protected] to confirm the return is eligible. We will review your order and will provide a return label to your email. 

Once we receive the item(s) back, you will receive a gift card to your email just minus the label fee! Please note that we will only be able to process the return if the item still has tags attached and is unworn/unaltered from the original purchase.

    Once received, your return will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will be notified via email once complete.
